Sloe Gin
Sloe Gin is produced using the fruits of the blackthorn bush, the sloes are allowed to macerate in gin along with the addition of sugar for a number of weeks, the longer the period of time the sweeter and thicker the gin becomes. The flavours and the deep reddish colour of the Sloe berries infuse with the gin and create a delicious autumnal drink that is sure to warm even the coldest winter’s day.
