Delivery Information


Royal Mail & Parcel Force have confirmed the following strike dates: 1st Dec, 9th Dec, 11th Dec, 14th - 15th Dec, 23rd - 24th Dec. During these periods, and especially in the approach to Christmas there will be delays. During these dates we will dispatch PRIORITY orders, and 24 Hour orders with DHL to minimise impact.

Prestige Drinks offers various delivery methods at the checkout and aims to do everything possible to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible to meet our customer needs.

Working days are referred to as Monday to Friday. (Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days). Our cut off times for orders is 13:30 (UK time zone)

Receiving your Parcel

Service and security of your purchase is of paramount importance to us, which is why we use the best available packaging, delivered in unmarked packages.

  • All parcels must be signed for or have images proving delivery taken. If convenient we can deliver to workplace addresses.
  • We are unable to deliver to BFPO's. military bases or PO Boxes
  • Please note that the courier may ask for proof of age upon delivery; if this is unavailable at the time they may return to a collection centre or post office for your collection.
  • Should you request that the courier leaves the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour then you accept receipt and no claims for damage or loss can be made

The courier will attempt delivery, if unable to gain a signature they will leave a notification card and details of how to get in touch and rearrange the delivery. They will hold the parcel for a short period of time, if there is no contact from the delivery address the courier may return the parcel to us. Any return costs we incur must be settled before redispatch or will be deducted from any refund amounts. Personalised products cannot be refunded.

Engraved Bottles - Add Priority Engraving at the product page before 1:30pm for same day dispatch. Receive your engraved item in as few as 2 working days! (Standard UK)

Non engraved bottles - Order before 1.30pm For next day delivery and select RM24 service as your shipping option.

Timescales and delivery days are Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. Deliver to neighbour or leave in a safe place are options which are available with some of our couriers*
