Engraving FAQs

We treat all personalised bottles individually, taking our time and experience to set out your message to create the most impactful bottle decoration possible. This may include increase the size of some fonts within the message to pay particular focus on key lines or phrases, spacing message over extra lines and removing unnecessary punctuation.

Yes, all the lines of messages will be centred.

Our standard timing for personalised bottles is dispatch 4 working days after the order was placed and courierd on the delivery option you have selected.

We do offer a faster delivery services if you select the PRIORITY option at checkout. When PRIORITY is selected your order will be dispatched on the same working day if ordered before 13:30 and due for delivery based on the delivery service you select. Please note Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days. Orders placed after 13:30 will be dispatched the following working day.

If you can type it, we can engrave it! When using alternative languages it may be neccessary for us to alter the font to ensure all characters are supported, in these cases we use the closest style font to your original selection.

Unfortunatley we are unable to engrave emoji's or picture characters. Where these are added the character will be removed from your message.

Each bottle is different and the location of each bottle will depend on available space around branded labels, bottle embossment, production lot codes or styles. We may remove labels including duty stamps to be able to engrave your bottle.

We aim to show through images or through the product description where each bottle is engraved. If you require clarification please contact us before ordering.

All our communication is automated so order confirmation and order dispatched emails are always sent. Please check your junk email box to see if your confirmations have been placed there rather than your inbox. Please remember to add us to your safe sender list so you receive all communications.

Delivery FAQs

All deliveries are made by the Royal Mail Group on fully tracked services.

Yes, we offer tracked services Royal Mail 24 and a Royal Mail 48 which are standard Monday to Friday working day deliveries. The cost and expected timings of these services can vary dependent on the delivery location. You will be provided with a range of delivery options and costs during the checkout process.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next day service (no courier will ever guarantee next day) but the vast majority are delivered within 24 hours.

Sure, once dispatched Royal Mail will send you emails and, or text messages confirming the parcel, an anticipated delivery date and the parcel reference that will allow you to track the parcel.

With the Royal Mail tracking reference you will be able to rearrange the parcel delivery for another date or you can arrange to collect the parcel from your local sorting office if that's more convenient. All changes must be made via Royal Mail directly, sorry this is something we can't do for you.

Packaging FAQs

We place the bottle inside an inflatable protective airbag for safety during transit. The airbag is then placed inside a plain carboard box with Fragile printing and tape. The outer box is non-branded.

Absolutley! Both the airbag and the cardboard box can be 100% recycled.

Corporate FAQs

We have no minimums or maximum order quantities. Whether its just the one bottle for that extra special client or occassion or if you require thousands of bottles we will have the solution to suit.

Of course, as long as the delivery addresses are within the UK.

We will discuss your requirements and make everything as easy as possible, we can include gift cards or your branded letters within each parcel to give it that personal touch.

Each order is different in terms of what a client wants to achieve and the time taken to engrave each bottle can vary dependent on the level of engraving and detail required. We usually aim to dispatch most large orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment. From the outset we will provide clear, consice communication regarding timescales.

No two orders are ever the same and we understand that. For larger orders of 30 units or over we will calculate a cost dependent on the amount of time it takes to complete. During our discussions we will present a number of designs or solutions, and within this part of the process will discuss how we can achieve production efficiencies with you and how implementing these efficiencies will reduce the overall cost.
