FAIR Quinoa Vodka was developed through a two-year collaboration between French distillers and Bolivian quinoa farmers. The quinoa is grown at around 13,000 feet in the Andes, in the high-altitude volcanic soils of Bolivia. It is traditionally hand harvested and supplied through the ANAPQUI cooperative, representing around 1,200 small producers.
Once the quinoa reaches Cognac in France, it is brewed into a low-strength quinoa mash before being distilled together with organic, non-GMO corn alcohol in a single column still. This unusual production method helps retain the quinoa's distinctive character while creating a smooth, refined vodka.
FAIR's philosophy extends beyond the spirit itself, with the brand built around Fair Trade, sustainable production and supporting the farming communities responsible for its ingredients.
A delicate mineral nose brings together fresh cereals and bright citrus aromas, with subtle hints of vanilla and gentle smoke. The palate is smooth and lively, balancing green and fruity flavours with fresh citrus, soft spice and a gentle natural sweetness. The finish is warm and persistent, developing into creamy almond milk and subtle mineral notes with a rounded, silky mouthfeel.

We treat all personalised bottles individually, taking our time and experience to set out your message to create the most impactful bottle decoration possible. This may include increase the size of some fonts within the message to pay particular focus on key lines or phrases, spacing message over extra lines and removing unnecessary punctuation.
Yes, all the lines of messages will be centred.
If you can type it, we can engrave it! When using alternative languages it may be neccessary for us to alter the font to ensure all characters are supported, in these cases we use the closest style font to your original selection.
Unfortunatley we are unable to engrave emoji's or picture characters. Where these are added the character will be removed from your message.
We specially select the fonts we use. Once a bottle has been engraved the cut glass is then infilled with a special decorative silver paste. These fonts ensure we provide the optimum width and depth during the engraving process to creat maximum visibility once infilled.
The fonts we currently use are: Lucida Calligraphy, Lucida Handwriting, Verdana and Segoe Print.
