Cazcabel is produced by the Vázquez family, fourth-generation agave farmers based in the highlands of Jalisco. The family grows its own Blue Weber Agave and produces its tequila at Hacienda Cazcabel, following a field-to-glass approach that keeps the cultivation of the agave closely connected to the finished spirit.
Cazcabel Honey begins with the brand's Blanco Tequila, made from estate-grown Blue Weber Agave, before being blended with real Mexican honey essence. The combination reflects Cazcabel's “What grows together, goes together” philosophy, bringing together two products closely associated with Mexican agriculture.
The Blanco base is produced from mature agave that is hand harvested and traditionally cooked before fermentation and double distillation. Rather than adding oak influence, the Honey expression uses the clean, earthy character of the Blanco as a backdrop for the natural sweetness and warmth of honey.
The finished liqueur has a distinctly different character from Cazcabel's core aged tequilas. Instead of gaining sweetness and complexity through barrel maturation, its flavour comes from the combination of fresh agave and Mexican honey, resulting in a softer and more approachable expression.
Earthy and fragrant honey aromas introduce the liqueur, accompanied by the fresh, distinctive character of agave. The palate is rich and succulent, with generous flavours of warm golden honey balanced by the drier, earthy notes of the Blanco tequila. Subtle caramel develops as the sweetness settles, while a gentle smoky character adds depth towards the finish. Smooth, warming and lingering, it leaves a satisfying combination of honeyed sweetness, caramel and delicate smoke.

We treat all personalised bottles individually, taking our time and experience to set out your message to create the most impactful bottle decoration possible. This may include increase the size of some fonts within the message to pay particular focus on key lines or phrases, spacing message over extra lines and removing unnecessary punctuation.
Yes, all the lines of messages will be centred.
If you can type it, we can engrave it! When using alternative languages it may be neccessary for us to alter the font to ensure all characters are supported, in these cases we use the closest style font to your original selection.
Unfortunatley we are unable to engrave emoji's or picture characters. Where these are added the character will be removed from your message.
We specially select the fonts we use. Once a bottle has been engraved the cut glass is then infilled with a special decorative silver paste. These fonts ensure we provide the optimum width and depth during the engraving process to creat maximum visibility once infilled.
The fonts we currently use are: Lucida Calligraphy, Lucida Handwriting, Verdana and Segoe Print.
