Casa Dragones Joven occupies a distinctive place in the tequila world because of its Joven style. Rather than being a straightforward unaged tequila or a traditionally aged expression, it combines silver tequila with extra-aged tequila, creating a blend that brings together the freshness of agave with the deeper characteristics developed through oak maturation. Casa Dragones describes the expression as a small-batch master blend created specifically for sipping and pairing with food.
Casa Dragones was founded by Bertha González Nieves, who became the first woman to be certified as a Maestra Tequilera. The brand is closely associated with San Miguel de Allende, while its tequila production is based in the Tequila region of Jalisco.
The extra-aged element of Joven is rested in new American oak, allowing flavours such as vanilla and spice to develop while retaining the underlying character of the agave. Casa Dragones has been producing its Joven expression since 2009, when it helped bring the Joven style to greater attention in the premium tequila market.
Fresh floral and citrus aromas introduce the tequila, accompanied by the sweet fragrance of roasted agave. The palate is soft, silky and exceptionally smooth, with delicate pear alongside creamy vanilla and warming spice. As the flavours develop, the oak-aged element adds depth without overwhelming the agave, leading into a clean, warm finish with subtle hazelnut and a bright, lingering aftertaste.

We treat all personalised bottles individually, taking our time and experience to set out your message to create the most impactful bottle decoration possible. This may include increase the size of some fonts within the message to pay particular focus on key lines or phrases, spacing message over extra lines and removing unnecessary punctuation.
Yes, all the lines of messages will be centred.
If you can type it, we can engrave it! When using alternative languages it may be neccessary for us to alter the font to ensure all characters are supported, in these cases we use the closest style font to your original selection.
Unfortunatley we are unable to engrave emoji's or picture characters. Where these are added the character will be removed from your message.
We specially select the fonts we use. Once a bottle has been engraved the cut glass is then infilled with a special decorative silver paste. These fonts ensure we provide the optimum width and depth during the engraving process to creat maximum visibility once infilled.
The fonts we currently use are: Lucida Calligraphy, Lucida Handwriting, Verdana and Segoe Print.
