Pascal Jolivet founded his wine house in 1987 in Sancerre, establishing a reputation for producing refined Sauvignon Blancs that express the character of their individual vineyards and terroirs. The estate's philosophy centres on gentle winemaking and allowing the natural qualities of the fruit and the soils to shine through.
Pascal Jolivet Sancerre Blanc Les Caillottes is an elegant single-terroir Sauvignon Blanc from the renowned Sancerre appellation in France's Loire Valley. Produced from grapes grown on the distinctive limestone-rich Caillottes soils, this refined white wine combines vibrant citrus and white-fruit flavours with delicate floral aromas and a beautifully precise mineral character. Fresh and sophisticated, it offers the purity and finesse associated with Pascal Jolivet while expressing the unique qualities of one of Sancerre's classic vineyard soils.
Fragrant aromas of white flowers, citrus blossom and freshly cut lime lead into a bright and expressive palate filled with lemon, grapefruit, green apple and delicate white peach. The wine has a wonderfully fresh and energetic character, with crisp acidity providing precision and balance. Fine mineral nuances bring additional depth, while subtle herbal and flinty notes emerge as the wine opens. Elegant and finely textured, the finish is long and refreshing, leaving a lingering combination of citrus, mineral freshness and ripe white fruit.

This may include increase the size of some fonts within the message to pay particular focus on key lines or phrases, spacing message over extra lines and removing unnecessary punctuation.
Yes, all the lines of messages will be centred.
If you can type it, we can engrave it! When using alternative languages it may be neccessary for us to alter the font to ensure all characters are supported, in these cases we use the closest style font to your original selection.
Unfortunatley we are unable to engrave emoji's or picture characters. Where these are added the character will be removed from your message.
We specially select the fonts we use. Once a bottle has been engraved the cut glass is then infilled with a special decorative silver paste. These fonts ensure we provide the optimum width and depth during the engraving process to creat maximum visibility once infilled.
The fonts we currently use are: Lucida Calligraphy, Lucida Handwriting, Verdana and Segoe Print.
